How to tell your story.
Tell a story. Think about sitting down with someone who was not at your wedding. What story do you want to tell? What images can depict how the day felt, who you were and what your relationships were like? From the beginning of the day to the end, is every significant piece of your wedding represented in the story line?
Try making a list of your memories before you sit down with the photos.
It can be really overwhelming to pick your album photos. However, at the end you are left with only the very best moments that help you to remember and share your story in its strongest form.

Getting ready 3-5 per group
Portrait of Bride and Groom (make sure to add an individual of both of you)
Smiling at the camera portraits 0-2 images

People. Are the most important people to you represented in the book? Are their images of your grandma, aunt and best friend? Do you have a photo of you and a co-worker that you love, but think you may not be connected with the person in 20 years? You may want to avoid using that image.
Things to avoid.
Redundancy. Instead of picking one photo of you with your siblings, one with each parent individually and a group shot, choose the photo with everyone together.
Couple photos. Do you have twenty photos of the two of you in your favorites list? Compare the images that are similar. Categorize them by smiling at the camera photos, art pieces and candid portraits. Choose one or two of your favorites from each category and try not to have too many photos that look similar.
Album deadline: Your deadline is marked at three months from when you received your wedding package. If you're unable to decide on your photos prior to that, let me know and we can schedule another date. If we don't hit your scheduled date, no need to fret. The main downfall is that I likely will not be able to get to it as quickly as I would during our originally scheduled date.
Album credit expiration: Upon reaching 12 months after you wedding the album does turn into a monetary credit that can be applied to an album or prints at our current pricing structure.
